5.脊髓炎
脊髓炎是由各种原因所引起的急性横贯性脊髓炎症为主的疾病，而颈椎间盘突出微创手术中使用的器械可能会对患者的脊髓产生一定的刺激作用，从而诱发脊髓炎的发生。脊髓炎的症状包括肢体无力、瘫痪、尿潴留、便秘、皮肤感觉减退、反射减弱等，需要紧急处理以防止进一步的神经损害。
